My mum is still asking this question and she is 59 so u do not sound 12! lol do u catch them looking at you? Do you get butterflies everytime you walk past or talk to them? I think the fact ur even asking this question, means u know they do, u just dont want to put urself out there....and I have to say, guys think that girls with the confidence to ask a guy out, are hot!

body language is always a big giv away, it jus depends how good u r at reading it. GENERALLY (let me make this clear, not ALL th time): If sum1 fancies u, they kinda start grooming themselves, almost like making themself luk better for u. classic signs.. playing with their hair, glasses, clothes etc. their voice pitch may seem very slightly higher. pupils dilate. if he/she crosses her legs, it'll generally b towards u. eye contact. and smiling! and do th same. luk deep into her eyes wen u smile at her, n hold on luking jus that little bit longer than u wud normally. but if u cud find a DEFINATE way that sum1 fancies u, u'll b cleverer than ne1 else i no. its a lot of gut instinct and hoping! listen to cerasurfer, they've got sum damn gd advice! =] gdluck

There aint no guaranteed way to know this but a really good indicator would be to look into thier eyes and see if their pupils dilate when they look at you. If they do then chances are they are probably interested. This is because when we see something we like our bodies release a hormone that dilates the pupils to make us more appealing to the thing that we like, believe it or not but its biological fact.
