    First you need to be dressed correctly. Wear rubber soled shoes, and tightish clothing. Make sure you're very quiet. Find a sleeping fly, then sneak up on it and give it a nudge. It'll fall over and not be able to get up.

    fly tipping is leaving garbage on the side of the road or somewhere other than a landfill.

    'Find a sleeping fly' HAHA thats a good one. Fly tipping is illegally dumping all your unwanted stuff somewhere public. I once helped clean out a field in an inner city london estate, the most common things 'flytipped' were supermarket trolleys, dead chickens and sofas.
