No. They realize that when they offer healthcare as a benefit it is sometimes a factor in negotiations and job offers. I have taken and not taken jobs with the healthcare plan as a consideration. If you nationalize, then the benefit becomes an equalizer. Granted a cost goes away, but they have already budgeted for that.

Probably.Also premiums are much lower for companies when nationalized care is in effect,and save from thousands to millions a year depending on the amount of employees.In countries that have nationalized healthcare there is very little suing going on.Privatized healthcare does not work because on issue is the high cost of insurance both for the doctor,in case of getting sued,and the patient whom has to pay high premiums.In the end the insurance companies and lawyers reap the rewards and rake in ton's of money,and society pays for it.
