  • no, only some nextel and all boost phones. the sim technology is just slightly different and at best you will loose some services (messaging, internet, etc) most likely thought you won't even get basic talk service. and this is assuming the phone is unlocked. if it is still locked to t-mobiles network nothing but a t-mobile sim will work. unlock codes can be purchased on ebay for around 3.00 to 10.00 (you need to supply the IMEI number found under your battery to the unlocker for them to aquire the code for your specific phone from the service provider. once unlocked you can use at&t, cingular, Cincinnati bell/i-wireless or t-mobile sim cards (some features are service specific and won't work with another service provider; at&t tv for example) and some times you may have to get the internet and picture messaging programed.
