  • There are degrees of blame. If someone had nothing to do with an event and was there out of bad luck then of course there is no reason to blame that person. But if something resulted because of someones direct actions then blame should be placed on them. And there are the variations between. Sometime people are partially to blame due to their inactions. Did I make sense here?
  • I wouldn't say that there are situations that require it, but certainly there are some where the blame can be placed squarely on somebody else. The trick is in letting it go and not letting that blame fester because you're only hurting yourself at that point.
