Scream. Then I can stay silent. And then make them feel stupid once they stop screaming. Lol. ~+~

I don't scream and yell...

I prefer not to argue with people. I am the silent cold shoulder type myself and I don't react well to emotional screaming, so I would go with the cold shoulder naturally. It may seem like talking to a wall when facing a cold shoulder type. The words are getting through, they just aren't being acknowledged at the point where things are heated.

i'd rather them not yell at me even if it means they aren't talking to me.

Scream, lets get it all on the table and get it over with.

I hate screaming and yelling. I believe the best way to handle conflict is to talk about the issue after you've both calmed down. People say too many hurtful things they don't really mean when they're angry. When someone starts screaming and yelling, the walls go up. I shut down emotionally.

I prefer to arge and yell and scream at one another, as long is it ends, and doesn't carry over to the next day.
-
please just walk away from me and give me the silent treatment. that way we both have a chance to come down, collect our thoughts and talk like the adults we are supposed to be instead of hollering and yelling at each other and saying not so nice things that we can't take back........

Neither. I'd rather discuss things calmly. I could be wrong, after all.
