  • I only use a memo for inter-office communication. I do use e-mail for things that are semi-formal and not pressing. For communication that I need answer on right away, I definitely use phone calls. I do send letters when I have more in-depth info to include or for a more formal situation. As for delivering a message in person, I only do that if it is convenient, or if it is a statement or something that is imperative that reaches a specific person in a timely manner.
