  • Well, freedom of speech isn't really a religious tenet but a political provision. It's like asking if Christians believe in freedom of speech; there's no doctrine covering it. Americans believe in freedom of speech. I would think if a Muslim was also an American, they would believe in the freedom of speech.
  • As long as it doesnt hurt anyone... i think every major relegion tolerates freedom of speech. Within its rightful limits.
  • I think there is a big difference between freedom of speech and offensive speech. To freely express your thoughts and ideas Muslims wouldn't have a problem with, however spreading hatred and lies would be offensive to us.
  • Freedom of speech has nothing to do with religion.
  • I would venture to say that as long as it does not violate the country's religious law, then freedom of speech is granted.
