A few years back I met this great woman who was like a bit of my husband and a little bit of me with her own little spark to bring it together. She's the only girlfriend I ever brought home!But if it would have been legal for three people to be married we would have been. I love her to this day as does my husband and she loves us as well. But sadly it's not accepted in our society and it didn't last. The three of us wish it could've and would've!!

first of all, there is no reason for polygamy to be illegal. normaly I would not have never considered it... however after 5 years of mairage to someone who because of her health is not only unable contribute financially but also requires much assistance hindering my efforts to make a living... honestly a second wife (fully functional and not sick) would allow us not to live with her parrents.

Wouldn't consider it as I feel it's against God's commandments and not normal. One man + one woman. To me this isn't much different than allowing homosexuals to marry.

If they dont let gay people married because they dont want to change the definition of marriage, then they cant allow polygamy for the same reason. Between a man and a woman, not a man and a woman and a woman and a woman.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. If Gays are allowed to marry in my state it will not be a choice. There will be no legal reason to stop polygamy from following and then sibling marriage even if by blood. The notion of it should not be done due to it being sinful will have gone out the door. And taking that plural marriage is more traditional in more nations about the globe than Gay marriages, and has been for centuries. It would happen, it would not require me to like it or not.
