You have received a couple of "grim" answers. You have not shared how old you are, how sexually active that you are, or if you are a "vacuum pumper" of your breasts and nipples. You may just be a very horny woman who has had a great deal of oral attention on her breasts and nipples and have induced lactation. Your partner must love that.
