The best way is India ink and a needle. it is best advised to have one done at a certified tattoo parlour as infections can set in.
Home made tats often are poor quality and are more likely to become infected.

I knew a guy,(not going to call him a friend) who went to prison. He said in there what they did was make cylindars out of sheets of paper and tape it to stay that way. Then light strofoam cups on fire, place the paper "tube" over it and cover it with a book. Then, when the styrofoam is done burning you take the ashes from the sides of the paper cyclindar and the ground and put it into some kind of bowl or the lid of a soda bottle, add a couple drops of water and voila! Ink!
Then for the needle they would take staples and bend them straight. Melt then end of a pen and little and press the staple inside in place. Then dip in into the "ink" and poke away. He also mention something about using Skittles to produce the color.
I dont recommend this though because I saw his tats and although the did work, and last, the looked like sh*t. It's probably a really really bad idea as far as being sanitary too.

you know how u can take a pencil or something and repeatedly drag it kinda hard across ur skin to make it a cut. if you just slap some ink on it and leave it be for a while would that work?

Thats not true. To make a home made tattoo you have to consider lots of things. Infections first off. The tattoo not coming out. the tattoo just scaring your body. The infections part goes a long way. you probably already know that. To make a home made tattoo you need a motor needle and other stuff. I wont go into it because you can hurt your self and possibly get the part you tattooed amputated. Be sure you know what your doing. onegonzales@yahoo.com

me and my friend just did and we used a needle and busted a pen and used that ink i wouldnt recomend it but if u want to do it right away then go at it but make sure u have a cloth cause it is messy and keep it moisterized with plain lotion

my grandma she has 2 tattos (shes like 48 or sumtin) and she hates them so much. i asked her howd she get them cause she told me she didnt get it from a parlor. she told me that her boy friend back then was making him self tattos so she and her sister got 2 tattos.idk how yet but there is a way.:/ tell me when u find out

needle and a bic pen. i can't say it comes out looking very nice and it isn't very hygienic at all but yes there are people i know stupid enough who have done it.
