The Brick Oven in Provo, Utah. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and the best pizza I have ever had. No, I don't work there, but it is a family tradition. Whenever a member of my family is in the area, we absolutely have to stop at the Brick Oven. (They also serve a variety of other Italian dishes, but I have never tried them. If they are of the same quality as the pizza, then they would have to be excellent too, but we go there for the pizza.)
