Why is it every time a cop is behind you while you are driving or stop at a stop sign or a red light, makes you nervous or uncomfortable even if you are doing anything wrong?

'cause they're out to getch-ya! If you let it bother you to such an extent, you may end-up given them an 'accidental' reason to be there.

Because you and everyone else knows the first thing he checks is your license plate number. When no problems are found there 9 out of 10 officers will make up their own reason for a ticket and most people just wanting to get it over with will pay it instead of taking it to court. I make it a point to stand up for my rights and 4 of the 5 tickets they gave me were dismissed.
