I would ask for a private meeting with the individual i am in disagreement with and have if necessary a supervisor there and try to deal with the problem by working out a better understanding of the other person's view point. If I am the Supervisor, I would call the worker aside for a private conversation as to what may be the issue and if the issue is with another co-worker I would seek to get them together in a meeting with me and deal with the disagreement in an effort to find the solution and go from there.
