The probability of a teenager falling in love at all is not that great. (There was study done that showed teenage brains "in love" have the part of it dealing with obsession in heightened activity. I had answered a question that is also pertainent. It is here http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/2586099 ) I would say the likelyhood of a teenage girl "falling in love" with herself is completely out the window. Adolescence is a difficult tiem for anyone, and it's not common to think so much of yourself. "Falling in love" with a superstar would likely be obsession. You can't fall in love with someone you've never had direct contact with. "Falling in love with normal guys" is the most likely, although for the reasons in the link above, it's not always possible.
