I don't consider people to be like a computer or a car. I don't 'upgrade'. If you love someone, you love them. If you can not only consider leaving them, but consider it an 'upgrade', you have a serious mental problem and need to see a therapist.

If you truly love someone then you would think that no one could ever compare to them. If you are thinking that someone else is better perhaps you are not in love with the person you are with. You need to figure out how you feel about the person you are with before you can make a good decision.

That is just not possible. There is no one better than my boyfriend for me. No one. Even if there is someone, I don't want to meet him. I am already content with who I'm with.

I am 100% convinced that there is no one better than my man. hypothetically IF I did end up finding someone better than my man, then i was never really in love with my man in the first place. as a result, in such a case this question wouldn't even apply. I don't even think it's possible to TRULY love two people at once. if you love someone so much more, then you dn't truly love the other.

Wow, some of these answers are very refreshing. I didn't think people with class and the belief in good old fashion love still existed. Some of you have just breathed hope into me lol. Remember, don't let yourself get in the mindset where you start to view everything about your partner in a negative light. We all do that from time to time, and often don't even realize it! Lots of LOVE everyone!

I just was in this situation. Step back....r u sincerely happy with you s/o....if you are and theres really only little things that get to you. lol been there, then stick with the one your with. in my case, i knew i wasnt happy with my gf and i missed the chance the first time to see someone else. the second time we broke up, i wasnt going to miss the right one. thats just me tho. and ive never been happier.

After several disastrous relationships over the years, I have finally gotten back to the one I loved all along. I am never going to "upgrade" because I have no doubt there is nothing better out there.
