check your rules & regulations, most condo associations have a clear rule with regards to # of vehicles allowed per unit. If you are over the limit, it doesn't matter if you are parking in guest parking, you are in violation of your bylaws and one of the cars would have to be removed permanently from property. Check your Condo docs.

Unfortunately it is. I have to deal with an HOA as well and they just suck.

Yes, there was a case here in our area where they HOA committee passed a new by-law that created a new rule against parking in front of your own unit, and then made a deal with the chairman's brother towing company to come in the middle of the night and tow the cars away. The courts ruled that the rule was passed legally and the residents were notified legally. It is now being appealed, and costing the residents thousands of dollars. HOA's have a bad reputation all over the country, because of their power to restrict the rights of the residents.
