Personally I wouldn't get it... It only gives you and your friends a +2 on circumstance rolls... I mean how often do you really get an attack of opportunity!! I don't think it's enough to use up a feat with it

well, if used in a, attack of opportunity build, it can become very powerful. In a general build NOT focused on AoOs, it merely becomes useful. Balanced, but powerful.
