No. Your lesbians are females with too much male hormons. A man with too much female hormons is gay, and a man with way too much female hormons feels like he is trapped in the wrong body, because he thinks like a women. But a lesbian trapped in a male body is an oxymoron, because there would be too many male and too many female hormons together. And if you don't believe that it depends on hormons (many people think it is a matter of choice to be gay, altough this is clearly wrong), it is still the way of thinking that would contradict it.

The philosophy behind gender has changed so much in the past 15 years thanks to different ideas of what is gender becoming more popular and medical technology. Many of us are still asking ourselves basic questions like "What is Gender" and "What is sexuality" outside of the dictionarys definitions. There are probably things we still do not know, and with that in mind it may be possible that youre a lesbian in a male body. However, i wouldnt bet anything on it either way.
