  • Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. What events led up to the encounter, what happened while you were there, how did you handle it after you left? I used an example of a time that a customer repeatedly installed illegal software on their computer, which i had to remove five or six times in a 3 hour period, and when he told me "i want it because all of my employees have it" i said "thank you, i'm sure that IT security will be happy to hear about this" and walked out the door, i reported it to my manager when i returned to my office.
