They shouldn't. I don't smoke or chew. (used to) If people want it and use it without infringing on other people's rights then it is perfectly fine.

So then they can remove liquor, then beer, then ice cream! I mean, where does it stop?! "Its all for our own good", right? ;-)

I do not smoke, and do not find a reason for not selling tobacco in stores. My 2 cents.
