Can't remember my first glass, exactly. I remember having some at my Grandparent's 60 th wedding anniversary. I was in college by then (17 or 18), so I was already adept at drinking, but I'm not sure if I'd had champagne before then or not. Ironically, it was my grandmother's first glass of champagne, ever, and she was 75.

No occasion. I was born into a Belgian family and we often had wine and Champagne and I was always given a little sip or later, my own small glass. No telling how long. I don't remember.
