Beef, Pork, Lamb, Grilled veggies seasond simple and coated with olive oil get a light smokey flavor. I you can cook it in the oven you can use the BBQ, Even baked stuff like muffins!

I love foil dinners on the BBQ! Green Peppers,Onions and what ever else you like to try on the grill wrapped in aluminum foil.

I am a grilling fanatic, so I think most things are great on the grill. My favorite would have to me meat.

If it once had a pulse, I'll grill it. One of my favorites...Fillet Mignon, Med rare. About 3 minutes each side on high heat. Someone pass me a napkin please. :)

Burgers, steaks always end up dry, need that grease squirting out of the burger and onto the charcoal, that's what makes it good.

Zucchini, though eggplant, portabello mushrooms, colourful peppers, belgian endives, raddichio, and green tomatoes are also -really- good! Steak needs to be riddled with fat to be good on the bbq, lamb is good but watch out for flare ups ;) mmm bbq season!

Corn on the cob! Leave it in it's husk, wrap in tin foil and BBQ on the top rack for 20 minutes turning half way through. Be careful peeling away the husk because it's HOT!!!
