Good Question! I'm personally tired of handing out FREE healthcare (among other things) to illegal immigrants. I hope to find out the real answer to that question.

If you've ever seen Michael Moore's "Sicko" you would see Americans that go to Canada and even Cuba and receive free health care!! Say what you want about Moore, but his data is usually spot on! And I love Canadian girls ;)
