Do people drink decaffeinated coffee just for the taste, or are there some health benefits like those from drinking caffeinated coffee?

    There is both! I would bet most people drink it because they want the taste with out the caffeine to keep them up at night or they are worried about all the bad publicity coffee has been given.

    The biggest problem with coffee that is not decaf is it can raise your blood pressure.

    But...studies show that coffee is America's No. 1 source of antioxidants.

    Antioxidants protect you from toxins and chronic diseases, the Antioxidants help stave off cancer, heart disease, diabetes and stroke.

    Decaf coffee has the same antioxidants! So you get all the benefits but sleep fine and it wont raise your blood pressure!

    Anyone who reads this that does not believe me or has any doubts try googling it!
