Help answer this question below.

Have u ever been in an arguement with s/b at work, being 100% sure that u're right but the other person makes u so mad,angry,pissed off that u have the feeling u're about to bust out in tears? If so, what do u do to stop urself from showing emotions?

    Oh yes. When somebody makes me mad I yell at him and start speaking so quickly that my throat gets absolutely dry and my voice changes! Weird, I know.

    Tears? No way. Once a woman feels like crying she can't help it so you should just never let them get you there. Do not burst out in tears in the office - go out and cry as loud as you want, it's good for your health. Do not bottle it up.

    Thank you for your question.

    I try not to get into arguments at work. If possible, I would avoid that person for as long as possible and certainly until you cool down. If you have to speak with him, make a special effort not to let him or her get you upset.
