First, I would be nice to her security guards before approaching or they'll kick your butt. Second, If you can pass through the security guards, you should start up a conversation and see if she would like to have dinner. I think you will get an answer right away. If she says no, then walk away. Celebrities get asked out and "I love you" left, right, and centre. you would have to prove to her you are one of the normal ones. I hope you are normal. DO NOT STALK!!!

Human nature being what it is, some celebrities may not be willing to date anyone except other celebrities, while some celebrities may not care about your social status. The rub is meeting a celebrity in the first place. You need to travel in the same circle as celebrities do in order to socialize with them. And that means, frankly, a non-wealthy non-celebrity is out of the loop. Of course, there are some exceptions. For example, I could see a cameraman becoming friends with the star of a movie in production. But for someone not at all in the entertainment business, the chances of hooking up with a celebrity are practically nil.

There are lots of Celebs that are married to everyday ppl. I know paul walker is but i can't think of any others right now. Just be where she is and try to make her laught that always gets me someone that can make me laugh.
