How about wreck diving, or like a swimming-with-sharks theme?

I think space-flight simulators would be cool, like actual space-shuttle or rockets, not fantasy, Star Trek types.

Most everything has already been done in one way or another, the key is coming up with new innovative ways of portraying that subject, same as with movies. The adultswim games are pretty creative compared to a lot of mainstream stuff
