Assuming you're speaking of social classes, I'd say the advantages are highest with first class (wealth, access, power) while the lowest are with third class (poverty, being mostly powerless in elections or resources). The biggest disadvantage I personally can see with first class are high taxes. But hey, I'd say the taxes are worth it for the privellaged few. -Heh. I just noticed this question is for some type of game. Sorry.
