No, only very few rare and exotic laptops that cost as much as a car have upgradeable graphics; I can think of only 3 or 4 off the top of my head that can upgrade. Second, upgrade modules for those computers are very hard to come by. Real PC gamers use highly customized desktop computers with CRTs.

If you aren't satisfied by your GMA x3100 you can buy an ATI Radeon Sapphire USB external graphics card. They're very very rare but they're about 1.5x better than your x3100. (Other than that, there are very few name brand laptops that offer upgradeable graphics accelerators. But then again, they weren't designed for gaming.)
