Small scratches can usually be repaired using things like Game Dr. or DVD doctor kits that are sold at places like Best Buy. They typicaly run between $16-$26 depending on if you want a manual one that you turn your self or a motorized one.

A CD/DVD scratch repair kit, they are either crank by hand or automatic and run by battery Walmart has skip Dr for $34.98 and it is automatic, also you can get it on almart.com, Amazon.com has Cd/DVD repair kits, just go to their electronics, type n repair kits and then in the upper left in box click accessories & supplies. they give you many repair kits and refill kits, they run about the same price. many other stores carry Cd/DVD scratch repair kits: Office Max, Sears, Radio Shack, any Music store that sells cd's and video games. you need to make sure you have the spray refillers and cloth.
