Am I the only one that works at a place where the people with the least amount of knowledge have the most authority?

Actually, a whole book was written about it in the 1960's called The Peter Principle. Basically each employee in a workplace rises to his/her level of incompetence, and the most incompetent end up rising to the top.

You need to know that in this world, there are many others that don't have much knowledge and higher authority. Consider the politicains; not all of them are dumb or smart, but there are some where knowledge lacks within them.
