Watching TV approx. 85calories/hour
Sleeping approx 95calories/hour

Just enter weight and duration of activity in minutes and it'll give you the amount of calories you are burning. (=

What a great excuse for a lie-in! Edit- aw, I calculated it for me and it said I burn more watching TV! I'd better stay up and watch another episode of Lost ;-)
