I have an RCA P46811LV Projection tv,Dead set, Just chirps,How can, I trouble shoot and repair it?

this is a ptk195 chassi, one of the last good sets rca ever built - they went downhill after this. The chirping is caused by an excessive load on the power supply but the actual problem can be in many different circuits - this is not a self repair type of problem, many pro's still have issues with this circuit

Electrical tester are best deal to check it with your tv. They can certainly identfiry and tracks down faulty problem in any appliances. It also saves your money buying unnecessary equipment just to fix your tv.
