No, you're supposed to use a comb on wet hair, you're not supposed to use a brush on wet hair.

Wet hair is like stretched elastic - MUCH more likely to break. If you use a Wide-toothed comb VERY carefully, you shouldn't do too much damage... but NEVER use a brush on wet hair.
