Too salty. Sweet things are just so sweet~!
Too salty is worse, after you've already tasted it. If you notice ahead of time, you can wash it off, or dilute it easier than sweet.

Way too salty is worse. It makes me thirsty, and also makes me retain water. And since I'm watching my weight and have been trying to manage high blood pressure, I've cut way down on salt.

Too salty - the salt removes the water from your system, dehydrating you. This is why it's harder to wash away the too salty taste than the too sweet taste. It's also why fresh water fish can't survive in the ocean and vice versa - they're acclimated to a particular ratio of water to salt, and to put them in the wrong one upsets that ratio and removes the salt or water from their systems (which one is removed depends on which type of fish it was).
way to salty is wayyyyyyyyyyy worse.
Way to salty, I mean I can handle salt... but there's limits.
Too salty.
depends on what type of salt or sweetner is used. if normal salt but good raw honey, i choose honey. if straight sugar or hfcs but raw unrefined salt, i choose salt.

Too salty. It makes the food inedible if it's too salty. You can usually manage too sweet, even pure sugar or corn syrup.
