Start by destroying the Bilderberg group, The trilateral commitees, CFR, UN, NATO, CIA, Federal Reserve, World banks... and forbid politicians and world leaders from having connections to any secret societies. That would help the world I think... My opinion though; I'm sure what I said will piss certain people off..

I'd start by enacting laws making abuse a crime that could carry the death penalty. Then, I'd reform healthcare and the welfare system, worldwide. There would no longer be a 'world power' country. I'd also put a maximum cap on how much any one person or company could make in a year. Extra income would go to fix those welfare and healthcare issues. Then I would take a break and think on what to fugger up next.
