Menage a trois Translated it means to mix with three. Noting overtly sexual about it.

If you want to be correct with the French alphabet included, it is Ménage à trois. It is "household of three." This actually speaks of a romantic and loving relationship of three people (as opposed to a sexual one, which is commonly referred to as a "threesome.") Most people use the terms interchangably, though.
