As Wikipedia has Uncyclopedia for those who like to be silly, should Answerbag have a similar sister site - Funbags?

Although some downright silly questions deserve a special place (where that is, I don't know) I think Answerbag would lose much of its appeal. Straight, educational answers and gaining knowledge are great but humor is a very important ingredient to me and many others on AB

Not necessarily... This is a ONE-STOP-SHOP for answers of ALL types... Serious and humorous. There are plenty of categories on AB for the silly, although posting pictures only, with no question, will not work, nor will a simple "What do you think of this? (see answer)" to post individual pictures, since it will be flagged as dupes for those who follow. I also think it takes creativity to come up with a question to ALLOW you to post a joke here. There are also plenty of joke-sites out there (I own one at LYAO-Online.com). If AB were to do this, then they should put up different "bag" sites for each category. The sites would not run any faster, the interfaces wouldn't necessarily be any different, and the answers wouldn't either. Just have fun. AB would be pretty dry and academic (maybe the original intention, but hard to make ANYTHING strictly so) without the fun questions. If that's what you're looking for, check out the forums on the college campus websites. AB is much more general. PS: If you think there needs to be a site like that, write it! ;-)
