When working and going to school, do you feel that your employer should work around your school schedule, or should you arrange your school schedule around your job?

I think it depends on the job, if it is a part time job that you get new hours every week, then yes, they should schedule the hours they give you around your school time. If it is a full time job, or a part time job with regular scheduled hours, then you should probably be willing to schedule your school around the job. It also depends on which is more important to you.

It depends on the job. If your education will allow you to get a better job, it's probably in your employer's interest to prevent you from getting that job...
