If she hasn't even pulled fur or begun to make her nest, sounds like she didn't conceive. She's not pregnant. And you usually won't see any signs of labor. They don't like to do it around people or other animals as they don't feel safe.

Do you have a nesting box? I had one that I didn't think was pregnant, I failed to provide her with a nesting box and was in a cage with no other supplies to build a nest. It wasn't until we brought her inside and gave her a cardboard box probably at 35 days that she gave birth. None of her babies lived, probably b/c I failed to provide her with a nesting box. We learned a lot from that experience.
