they should both be matching. As long as the brown is not dark, you will want a cream or off white tie and shoes. Its a hot pink and dark brown, somthing more bold such as a lime green or a purple tie could work. Also it depends on the event, if its more formal dont go super colorful (unless, of course, you want to!) somthing casual, try and push the limits.

Well, since your going all out and wearing brown and pink in the first place... Match the accessories to either the shirt or the pin stripes. And NO black shoes! Black and brown are really hard to match.
