You're reading My bf is an m.o.t tester and he did exhaust emmitions on an audi 3 litre 3 6 the carbon monixde levels and the hyrdo carbon levels came out 0.00 on both so why is it the goverment charging higher road tax for bigger vechicles ? uk

u can get a big car that is run by electric and it still pays less road tax than a land rover that is heavier and there both the same size and height but because the land rover lets out more emmitons than the electric one it is charged more in road tax
