If have an idea for a product but absolutely no design skill, how can I find someone to help me?

You should start with a patent for your idea. http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/dapp/pacmain.html is a good place to start. It even has a list of registered patent attorneys. Once you have contacted a patent attorney, he would probably be able to help you find somebody trustworthy to assist in design and marketing. Without a patent, even telling somebody about your idea is risking losing it.

im an engineering student. and have learnt (in painful detail) about product design...and have designed a couple of products and systems with a team (with my self as a leader). i would be glad to help or give advice. but if your looking for certified professionals... i would definitely go with a licensed engineer.
