Does anyone else ever have those days where you feel like you might as well have been talking to yourself all day?

I actually had a day earlier this month where I didn't speak a word. Or do you mean nobody is listening to you? That also.

I'm a cashier, for goodness' sake! I stand behind a register, ringing up canned soup and produce all day, and I have to make small talk with the customers! And sometimes, yeah, it feels like I might as well just tell myself to put the milk in a bag, place the bread on the eggs, and have a good day!

I talk to myself all day, everyday, in fact, my friends around me have a hard time getting a word in edgewise. I find myself quite receptive yet annoying.

Ihave had those kinds of days more then once before.

lol i grew up in the middle of nowhere alone, often had several days in a row where i didnt see anyone, especially in the summer hols. as a result, im not very talkative, and rarely loud now, and yet people STILL tell me "oh youre not a quiet person, really" as if its a BAD THING! crazy people lol so, i guess i may as well be talking to myself, most of the time :D
