That would depend upon the laws of your city/state. Typically you will have to apply for and possess a concealed weapons permit from your local law enforcement authorities, but laws on concealed weappons vary from state to state. For more info see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concealed_carry

Yes, if you either have a concealed permit or keep the weapon outside of your immediate reach (i.e. in the trunk). Some state laws vary on the subject so check with your local ATF to be on the safe side. In most states, it's not to hard to get a concealed permit if you don't have a criminal record.

gun laws vary from state to state but the easy answer is no. even with a concealed permit all states I have been in require all guns to be unloaded while being transported. They even require that the gun and its ammo be stored to where the driver can't get to both of them at the same time. So sorry, driving around with loaded guns is illegal, unless your a cop and are allowed to shoot people with little worry about reprisel.

It varies by location, but generally yes, as long as you have a permit.

Laws vary world wide ... in some countries yes, in some countries no ... in some places you may, but you need special permits, in some places no one cares and there are no restrictions, in some places only police and military are allowed firearms and unauthorized possession of one is an executable offense, in some places it is a minor offense and it will be confiscated and a small fine will be issued ... it all depends on where in the world you are ... check with a local lawyer ...
