Steroids are made up of nandrolone, stanozolol, fluoxymestrone, testosterone, and oxandrolone
Alot of steroid are hormones, that promote muscle growth, you just take growth hormone from an animal that naturaly has lots of mucsle mass, mix it with protiens so the body will absorb it, and package it in liquid or pill form. Not al steroids are made like this but some are.

The above is just names of the steroids; A steroid is a terpenoid lipid characterized by a carbon skeleton with four fused rings, generally arranged in a 6-6-6-5 molecular structure. Terpenoid are often classified as isoprenoids and are similar to terpenes.
