You cant beat a nice piece of tasty Cod or Haddock wrapped in a crispy batter...yum

I am not a great fish eater so it would depend on personal taste. My Husband caught a Dew Fish deep Sea Fishing off Perth in Australia . A friend cut it into fillets and cooked it and it was the tastiest fish I have eaten.

I can't speak for the sea but I can for Fresh Water lakes - Walleye and Lake Perch are the best!

Sole or halibut are awesome. Mahi-mahi and Wahoo are out of this world delicious!!!!
