Yes their is a Penalty Box. Their have been people on here including myself who have been thrown in the PB

Oh yes, there is an actual penalty box, but it's not an actual place. You can't ask questions, answer questions, comment, read your comments, or rate anyone. You can sign on, but you can't do anything.

Basically they are Suspended for a Certain amount of time whatever AB decides to put them in the PB for. They can come log in but they can not Comment, Rate, Ask, Or Answer anything until their PB time is done

Yeah. You can be thrown there for a certain period of time. You can still log in during your incarceration, but you can't do anything. You: 1. Can't post an answer 2. Can't post a question 3. Can't post a comment 4. Can't downrate/uprate 5. Can't add/delete friends 6. Can't update your profile 7. Can't moderate But you can return to normal ABing after serving your sentence. I speak from experience ;)
