If you just got the piercing, it will probably go away soon. If you've had it for a while, it may be infected, and I'm afraid the best thing to do is take it out and let it heal. If you don't want to take it out, just put some sort of antibacterial cream around it to help it. :) +3

Is it a new piercing? Try Savlon or another antiseptic spray/cream, or you could bathe it with warm water with a bit of salt a couple of times a day( use water that has been boiled and cooled down) , that would help fight an infection.

mine did that for about 2 weeks its just dead skin from the home where they put the ring in. soak a q-tip in warm sea salt water and lighly go around both holes and the redness will go away. also try bio-septic lotion for ears its very soft and doent hurt the skin.

It's most likely nothing. Try doing some sea salt soaks, but make sure you rinse off all the sea salt, that can irritate it if left on. It would likely be bleeding if it were rejection, and if it were infectiont there would most likely be discharge...and it WONT be white (white is lymph, which is natural) If it IS infected by chance do NOT take it out. That will cause the hole to close trapping the infection inside. If it IS infected go see a doctor. But to be honest, it doesn't sound infected, just irritated.
